Kia Soul (SK3): Light bulbs / High mounted stop lamp (LED type) bulb replacement
If the high mounted stop lamp (LED) (1), does not operate, have your vehicle checked by a professional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorized Kia dealer/service partner.
The LED lamps cannot be replaced as a single unit because it is an integrated unit. The LED lamps has to be replaced with the unit.
A skilled technician should check or repair the high mounted stop lamp (LED), for it may damage related parts of the vehicle.

1. Open the tailgate. 2. Remove the cover. 3. Loosen the retaining bolts and remove the hose (1). 4. Pull out the module from the high mounted stop lamp assembly by pulling both clips.

Checking the washer fluid level Check the fluid level in the washer fluid reservoir and add fluid if necessary. Plain water may be used if washer fluid is not available. However, use washer solvent with antifreeze characteristics in cold climates to prevent freezing.
