Kia Soul (SK3): Driving your vehicle / Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT)
Never move the shift lever from P (Park) or N (Neutral) to any other position with the accelerator pedal depressed. Never move the shift lever into P (Park) when the vehicle is in motion.
The Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) automatically shifts depending on speed, accelerate pedal position. The individual speeds are selected automatically, depending on the position of the shift lever.

1. Open the hood. 2. Remove the bulb socket-connector by turning it counterclockwise. 3. Remove the bulb from the lamp assembly. 4. Install a new bulb. 5. Connect the bulb socket-connector. 1. Remove the lamp assembly by using a flat-blade screwdriver. 2. Remove the socket from the assembly by turning the socket counterclockwise until the tabs on the socket align with the slots on the assembly. 3. Remove the bulb from bulb-socket by pulling it out.
