Record your key number

The key code number is stamped on the key code tag attached to the key set.
Should you lose your keys, Kia recommends to contact an authorized Kia dealer/service partner. Remove the key code tag and store it in a safe place. Also, record the key code number and keep it in a safe place (not in the vehicle).
Folding key To unfold the key, press the release button then the key will unfold automatically. To fold the key, fold the key manually while pressing the release button.
Your vehicle has a maintenance-free, calcium-based battery. If the battery becomes discharged in a short time (because, for example, the headlights or interior lights were left on while the vehicle was not in use), recharge it by slow charging (trickle) for 10 hours.
All tire pressures (including the spare) should be checked when the tires are cold. “Cold Tires” means the vehicle has not been driven for at least three hours or driven less than 1.6 km (1 mile). Recommended pressures must be maintained for the best ride, top vehicle handling, and minimum tire wear.
