In cold and wet climates, power windows may not work properly due to freezing conditions.
Your vehicle is equipped with the emergency tailgate safety release lever located on the bottom of the tailgate. If you have to open the tailgate urgently inside the tailgate due to battery discharge, external handle failure, or other reasons.
The ignition switch must be in the ON position for power windows to operate. Each door has a power window switch that controls the door's window. The driver has a power window lock button which can block the operation of rear passenger windows.
All tire pressures (including the spare) should be checked when the tires are cold. “Cold Tires” means the vehicle has not been driven for at least three hours or driven less than 1.6 km (1 mile). Recommended pressures must be maintained for the best ride, top vehicle handling, and minimum tire wear.
If the side repeater lamp (LED), does not operate, have your vehicle checked by a professional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorized Kia dealer/service partner. The LED lamps cannot be replaced as a single unit because it is an integrated unit.
