- If scraping a vehicle without removing SRS and pretensioners from a vehicle, it may cause fire. Before scraping a vehicle, contact a professional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorized Kia dealer/service partner.
- Keep the SRS parts and wirings away from water or any liquid. If the SRS components are inoperative due to exposure to water or liquids, it may cause fire or severe injury.

Air bags are activated (able to inflate if necessary) only when the ignition switch is turned to the ON or START position. Air bags inflate instantly in the event of serious frontal or side collision (if equipped with side air bag or curtain air bag) in order to help protect the occupants from serious physical injury.

If your vehicle has a manual transaxle not equipped with a ignition lock switch, the vehicle can move forward by shifting to the 2(Second) or 3(Third)

You can check the tire pressure in the assist mode on the cluster. - Refer to “LCD mode” on page 4-54. Tire pressure is displayed 1~2 minutes later after driving. If tire pressure is not displayed when the vehicle is stopped, “Drive to display” message displays.
