Illuminated engine start/stop button

Whenever the front door is opened, the engine start/stop button will illuminate for your convenience. The light will go off after about 30 seconds when the door is closed. It will also go off immediately when the theft-alarm system is armed.
Ignition switch position LOCK The steering wheel locks to protect against theft. The ignition key can be removed only in the LOCK position. ACC (Accessory) The steering wheel is unlocked and electrical accessories are operative.
OFF With manual transaxle To turn off the engine (START/RUN position) or vehicle power (ON position), stop the vehicle then press the engine start/stop button.
Turn the tire hold-down wing bolt counterclockwise to remove. Store the tire in the reverse order of removal. To prevent the spare tire and tools from “rattling” while the vehicle is in motion, store them properly. 1. Turn the ignition switch and all other switches off. 2. Remove the fuse panel cover by pressing the tab and pulling the cover up. When the blade type fuse is disconnected, remove it by using the clip designed for changing fuses located in the engine room fuse box.
