Kia Soul (SK3): Battery / Reset items

Items should be reset after the battery has been discharged or the battery has been disconnected.

  • Auto up/down window (see Chapter 4, Features of your vehicle)
  • Sunroof (see Chapter 4, Features of your vehicle)
  • Trip computer (see Chapter 4, Features of your vehicle)
  • Climate control system (see Chapter 4, Features of your vehicle)
  • Audio (see Chapter 5, Audio system)

    Your vehicle has a maintenance-free, calcium-based battery. If the battery becomes discharged in a short time (because, for example, the headlights or interior lights were left on while the vehicle was not in use), recharge it by slow charging (trickle) for 10 hours.

    Tire care For proper maintenance, safety, and maximum fuel economy, you must always maintain recommended tire inflation pressures and stay within the load limits and weight distribution recommended for your vehicle.

    If the high mounted stop lamp (LED) (1), does not operate, have your vehicle checked by a professional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorized Kia dealer/service partner. The LED lamps cannot be replaced as a single unit because it is an integrated unit.
