Kia Soul (SK3): Features of your vehicle / Remote keyless entry
Your vehicle may be equipped with an electronic engine immobilizer system to reduce the risk of unauthorized vehicle use. Your immobilizer system is comprised of a small transponder in the ignition key and electronic devices inside the vehicle.
Lock (1) All doors are locked if the lock button is pressed while all doors are closed. The hazard warning lights will blink once to indicate that all doors are locked.

Please prepare bulbs with appropriate standards in case of emergencies (Refer to “Bulb wattage” on page 9-07 for further information). When changing bulbs and sorts, first turn off the engine at a safe place, firmly apply the side brake and take out the battery's negative (-) terminal.
